about
Sandy Plummer
Sandy is serving FREE as part of our Residential Staff, bringing with her years of experience ministering to hurting and abused women. In 1991 she founded a 501(c)3 nonprofit ministry called Victory Ministries to do just that. She continued her education at Philadelphia College of Bible, receiving a B.S. in Christian Leadership and a Masters in Christian Counseling. She went on to join the staff at Dublin Christian Counseling Center as well as start a ministry called Into the Light for women whose partners were sexually addicted. Since 2011 to this day, Sandy has served as a chaplain for Crisis Response International, and in 2014, for three months, she volunteered at Ark of the Negev, Israel, a residential ministry to abused women. She is thankful to bring this background of experience full circle to serve the women who come to Refuge Home.
