Clark is currently the Director of Human Resources at R-V Industries, Inc. where he has been employed for 10 years.  He was previously a Branch Manager, Sales Manager, and Recruiter for both local and national staffing services for 8 years.  He was a full-time and part-time Youth Pastor and Parish Pastor for several local Churches for 18 years. 

Clark has a heart for urban ministry and has participated in urban outreach in the City of Reading for 10 years, which has included working directly with men and women in homelessness and addiction. Clark has a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry & Minor in Psychology from Geneva College located in Beaver Falls, PA.
